Potom cesto rozdelíme na 4 časti a vyvaľkáme ich na 4 tenké kruhy s vyvýšenými okrajmi, ktoré uložíme na vymastené plechy. Rúru predhrejeme na 200 °C. Zatiaľ vymiešame tvaroh so žĺtkami a s cukrom. Plnku natrieme na koláče, ozdobíme hrozienkami a dáme piecť na 15 minút do vyhriatej rúry. Po upečení potrieme okraje olejom, aby boli mäkké.
