Suroviny: 2 kuracie prsia bez kože, ½ tekvice hokkaido, 2 zelené papriky, 2 červené cibule, 3 PL Palma Tekvicového oleja, 40 g tekvicových jadierok, soľ, čierne mleté korenie

Postup: 

Tekvicu očistíme, zbavíme jadierok a nakrájame na tenšie kúsky. Dáme na plech vystlaný papierom na pečenie, polejeme 1 PL oleja, osolíme, okoreníme. Pečieme v rúre vyhriatej na 180 stupňov približne 20 – 30 minút podľa veľkosti kúskov tekvice. 

Kuracie prsia a papriku nakrájame na prúžky, cibuľu na tenké mesiačiky.  

Vo veľkej panvici rozohrejeme tekvicový olej, prudko opečieme zeleninu. Potom ju vyberieme a opečieme kuracie kúsky do zlatista. Keď sú hotové, vrátime do panvice zeleninu a všetko osolíme a okoreníme. Pridáme upečenú tekvicu, jemne premiešame a podávame s nasucho opraženými tekvicovými jadierkami.

Suroviny: 450 g polohrubej múky, 60 ml Palma Tekvicového oleja, 200 ml plnotučného mlieka, 20 g čerstvého droždia, 1 ČL cukru, 1 ČL soli, 250 g bryndze, 3 PL kyslej smotany, 1%% g prerastenej slaniny, 100 g tekvice hokkaido, 1 PL Palma Tekvicového oleja, 1 strúčik cesnaku, 1 ČL rasce

Postup:

Do teplého mlieka dáme droždie spolu s cukrom a necháme nakysnúť kvások. Do veľkej misy dáme múku, kvások, olej, soľ a vypracujeme hladké cesto, ktoré necháme na teplom mieste vykysnúť na dvojnásobok objemu. 

Vykysnuté cesto rozdelíme na 12 častí, vytvarujeme guľky a vyvaľkáme do tvaru kruhu. Dáme na plech vystlaný papierom na pečenie a necháme ešte 30 minút kysnúť.
